Gases de la Guajira, a natural gas distributor for the Riohacha area in the Department of Guajira, located in the northern coast of Colombia, together with Surtigas and Gases del Caribe, other Promigas Group companies, provides service to over 700.000 subscribers in the Atlantic Coast of Colombia.

As of today, Open™’s software supports the operations of an important percentage of the Colombian natural gas market, not only in the Atlantic Coast but also in the Western Region of Colombia. Close to 50% of the natural gas customers are tended to, invoiced and managed in all their networking operations through Open™’s software.

Gases de la Guajira becomes the seventh company of the Promigas Group to entrust the solution of its critical issues, common to the energetic sector, such as control of losses, customer care, invoicing, collections, tariffs, work orders and field operations, to Open™ System’s technological platform.
