OpenSmartflex™ 6.0 yielded important benefits to EPM Bogotá during the first quarter of 2007 for the management accounts receivable by properly differentiating company and third parties receivables such as taxes levied on sport activities, a new regulation applicable to public utilities companies in Bogotá, and the reorganization of information on payments, charges and debit/credit notes; the definition of criteria for service suspension by invoicing plan and by type of customer; timely, in-line, information for customers and the expediting of its customer service centers improving the opportunity for the generation of new business, complying with all legal dispositions regulating the telecommunication services providers.
