Open Systems provided CNT with the product and professional services for the installation, training and transfer of knowledge needed to support the integrated management of the new company, to include the network inventory, assignment and maintenance of resources, work orders, invoicing to customers and operators, sales and customer care processes.

The decision of providing technological support to both companies was originated in the successful support provided to comply with the Ecuadorian Government mandate which ruled that services providers must mail all invoices directly to end users’ homes, which directed the attention to the management processes of Andinatel, supported on Open.flexIS.
