Open “Powers-Up” its solution for the telecommunications’ sector with the release of new functionalities of its SmartFlex platform.

Open Systems, leader in the development and implementation of BOSS solutions (Business and Operations Support Systems) for the public utilities and telecommunications industries, confirms the permanent evolution of its solution SmartFlex mobileBOSS, oriented to strengthening the operation of mobile telephony companies, by including new functionalities that will allow operators to manage equipment and accessories, in an integrated manner, through a permanent control of their location, status and cost. The version also supports the numerical portability processes which have been consolidating their presence in Latin America.

  • Improved operative efficiency by grouping activities under the same work order, facilitating the installation of different services by the same work crew, or of promotional N-Play packages.
  • Improvement in customer satisfaction through a work performance agenda facilitating the support and management of customer contacts.
  • Different options for the dynamic creation of pouches and units included, through the provisioning of flexible tools for the management of different telecommunications’ events.
  • Graphic tools that facilitate the configuration and follow-up of the internal processes of each company through a business flow configurator.
