always have the current software version to cope with the constant
changes in markets in which service providers operate.

UPDATES
This
service ensures that customers using Open™ software can extend the working life of their applications by
using versions that are adapted to new market trends and technology.
New software versions include regulatory changes affecting service
provider requirements in each jurisdiction and can include improvements
or additions suggested by the customer.
The OpenSmartflex 'product plan' envisages that the functional scope of the system's
components will expand with new features or functions. The customer
will receive all new components that replace those previously
installed.
SUPPORT SERVICE
The OpenSmartflex support service provides technical consulting for software engineering,
and, depending on the solution chosen by the customer, new functions,
modules and versions.
